A perfect all-inclusive package for the couple who wants an intimate and stress-free ceremony in a beautiful historic setting.

Venue Fee starts at $1,750 for up to 10 people (including officiant, photographer and bridal party).

Package includes:

  • Two nights in one of our luxurious guest rooms, full breakfast included.
  • Up to 2-hour event, between 11:30am – 2:30pm.
  • Small wedding cake.
  • Table linens and service ware.
  • 2 bottles of House Champagne or Sparkling Cider.

From creating a small intimate meeting to a larger full-day offsite with breakfast, lunch and dinner, Portland’s White House Inn assures that your event will stand out as one of the most memorable and successful gatherings.

  • Available between 8am to 9pm for meetings, breakfasts, luncheons, dinner or holiday parties.
  • Main floor has a spacious Living Room, intimate Game Room and elegant foyer.
  • Dining Room table seats 14 to 20.
  • Ballroom seats up to 72 people at round tables.
  • Projector, screen & flip charts available.
  • Staffing is charged separately.
  • Able to provide in-house catering for breakfast, lunch, snacks or dinners.
  • Valet Parking is available (required over 25 people).
  • 9 Guest Rooms are available at a reduced rate.

  • Site rental fee ranges $1,750 – $3,250 depending on size and type of event.
  • Includes on-site tables and chairs at no additional cost.
  • Maximum number of guests is 85.
  • Valet parking (required for a party over 25 guests).
  • Menus and events are customized to your desired experience and cuisine.
  • Wedding/Receptions may last up to 4 hours between noon and ending by 9pm.
  • Able to provide all catering and beverages via our Preferred Network of caterers.
  • Outside catering incurs $950 Kitchen Use Fee.
  • Staffing cost is additional and varies upon guest count and event service.
