2 adults per room only (roll-away beds are $50 per night and available in only select rooms)
Payment
To secure your reservation, your credit card will be charged 50% of your total stay and you will receive an email confirming your reservation. The balance will be due upon check-in. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

2 adults per room only (The Jack and Jackie Room and the George and Martha Room) allow a rollaway bed option for an additional $50 dollars for additional occupants.

Cancellation Policy
Your 50% deposit is refundable with a minimum of 14 days advance notice of your scheduled arrival (30 days advance notice for group reservations and reservations scheduled during holidays) minus a $50 cancellation fee. All cancellations must be sent via email and guest(s) must retain proof of receipt by Portland’s White House. Please note that “no-shows” and same-day cancellations will be charged for their entire stay.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled 30 or more days before the first reserved night receive a full refund. Reservations canceled after that, but at least 14 days before arrival, receive a 50% refund of the room stay. Refunds are returned to the original form of payment and typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Breakfast
Served in our main dining room 8 & 8:30 A.M. daily. *Let us know which time works best for you.
All food and beverage
Consumed by guests at PWH must be sold by and served by PWH staff. This is a requirement of our insurance policy and the OLCC.
Non-smoking
No smoking is allowed inside or in the immediate vicinity of Portland’s White House.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served each morning between 8:00 and 11:00 a.m. It is fresh, organic, and thoughtfully curated to your tastes. Each evening, we'll present three selections for the following morning, and your choice will be waiting for you at your preferred hour. We have options for food intolerances.
